Getting Your Rok's Off
Blah Blah Blah. Rok Player. Blah Blah Blah. Dwarf on your mobile. Blah Blah Blah. ROM card. Blah Blah Blah. Marooned, Quarantine, and Cassandra. Blah Blah Blah. Erm, you can now order it from Rok's website!
And I must admit, I'd never thought of a synopsis of Marooned as containing the phrase "maroonedon an Artic Moon". Nor had I realised that Quarantine was actually spelt 'Quarentine'. Hey, it must be - after all, it's used twice. I mean, come on, if you're going to try and be a professional commercial operation, at least try and get your spelling right. It beggars belief that this stuff can go online. Sorry, "goonleine".
Enough sneering. It costs £16.99, and is compatible with the following Nokia phones: 6680, 3230, 6670, 6260, 6630, N-Gage, N-Gage - QD, 7610, 6620, 3650, 6600 and the 3600. We'll try and have a review for you as soon as we hunt down someone with a decent phone - who knows, we might suddenly see the point of it. There's also other stuff to buy in the Rok Store.
In other quick merchandise news, the 2006 calendar is now available to pre-order at RDSUK - £7.99, release date this Friday. There's also a new Merchandise section on TOS's Webboard, if you fancy a chat. Hey, I'd launch a forum here, but you all voted against it...

Is Flibble for sale anywhere yet? I *have* to have him.

No, not yet. *Should* be November - although I worry that if there's one piece of the new set of merchandise that might be put back, it's that.

Exactly. Wouldn't want some tool registering and all they do is rip the fuck out of VII and VIII.

I'll just have to cross everything, then.

Why is there an apostrophe in this headline?

It originally had an apostrophe. Then I took it out. Then I included it again - on the basis that "Rok's" meant a bit more than "Roks" when you're talking about the company. (If it wasn't called Rok Player, it would be Rok's player.)
But neither way made a huge amount of sense when followed by "off". AND MAYBE THAT'S THE POINT.

Without makes sense. Roks would be the plural of Rok, a contraction of Rok Player. Aaaaaaaah.
