Red Dwarf Night In Kent
News blatantly nicked from The Red Dwarf Zone, here. Someone with the delightful name CoolingCorpse has posted a message on their message board to tell everyone about a special evening with Norman Lovett. There's no benefit just rewriting what they had to say, so here it is verbatim:
Norman Lovett will be appearing at The Beacon Court Tavern In Gillingham, Kent on Wed 3rd Dec.
Normans favourite episodes from series 1 & 2 will be shown before & after his set, & he will be signing merchandise.
You can buy tickets by credit card for just 5 each by calling Simon Ollie at The Beacon on 01634-853186.
Excellent, frankly - I'd go if I could. It sounds like a great evening. As stated on his site, Norm takes bookings from anyone if they have the cash (and spread between a few people it really wouldn't be that expensive). I'm half-tempted to set up a special evening myself in the Midlands for anyone who wants to go, but frankly we'd drive him all potty asking about obscure things he doesn't know or care about. (Insert "Let's do it" quote in here, if you really want to.)

Kent's too hard for me to get to, but Midlands (esp. Birmingham) is easy.

That's because there's some mug in Birmingham who lets you stay at his house.
