The Smegsons
The fan club's Debbie Ikin has e-mailed me with this excellent picture, taken from The Simpsons Comic#87. Can you spot the reason why I consider this newsworthy?
Also included are some beefeaters, Tom Baker as Doctor Who, John Cleese, The Spice Girls, Prince Charles, Harry Potter, Mick Jagger, Ringo Starr, Elton John, The Avengers and some other alleged British celebs, whom I can't identify. Any offers?

I was in a shop t'other day, and Chris Barrie was talking about Nigeria! He actually said: "This is all just such tremendous sound I should cop this, Nigeria." And Robert Llewellyn-Bowels off of Changing Rooms was there, saying (in his Kryten voice): "And off he was racing, trouting on like his Mother Theresa and finally giving it a right cop like Some Mothers Don't Alf Ave Em." Was a real great.
