Ink

Many thanks to ml-j on NOTBBC'S Comedy Forum for telling us that there is an interview with Rob Grant in the current issue of Ink magazine; mainly about Incompetence, but with the odd snippet of Dwarf talk as well. I'll certainly be popping down to Smith's and getting a copy tomorrow, and will report back if you're too LAZY AND/OR POOR AND/OR LIVE IN THE WRONG COUNTRY to get it yourselves.

Meanwhile, expect my review of Incompetence (and a round-up of all the other reviews floating around the web) this weekend. Which probably means it'll be online in the second quarter of 2007, but never mind.

You know, I often feel guilt that G&T is so UK-centric - so much of the stuff we write more or less assumes you live in the UK. On the other hand, adding "UNLESS YOU LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE" to every article would just get awkward and irritating after a while.

It's a great shame there isn't an American RD fansite, even if all it did would be report news from an American perspective. There isn't one I don't know about, is there?

I've been planning to do a Red Dwarf website, but since I am poor (see above), I don't have enough extraneous cash to actually buy a domain name. And I don't really want to make a Geocities website.

I got that copy of Ink today; I'll put up a little bit about it tomorrow. It's quite interesting, really.

A mate told me that there's something about Rob Grant in Maxim magazine too. Although it may just be an advert, and possibly a really small one at that. Any Maxim readers care to shed some light?
