DJ Report! Rocket!

It can't have escaped your attention that things are rather slow and quiet round here at G&T Towers of late. No, we're not stuck in a late 90's time loop like you might have suspected with that last phrase; we're just busy doing exams and trying to kiss girls.

So, Cappsy's Sphincter has got a full DJXI report. Excellent. I think the most important thing you have to bring away from it is: WE DIDN'T FUCKING CHEAT.

Meanwhile, we still haven't mentioned the TOS update last Friday: A short Prop Store article, of which the best thing is the title, and an excellent Mr. Flibble interview with Dwarf cameraman Rocket. It's absolutely fascinating, so I won't quote huge chunks of it; just read it yourself. Although:

"I have to say I don't think the series they shot single-camera [Series VII] had the presence of the ones we did. Somewhere it had lost something - but I have no idea to this day what it was."

The jokes?

...that was far too cheap.

Ahh, thanks for the plug. Amusing story: your link to my site in 'The Movie: Fucking Close' story more than DOUBLED by daily intake of visitors to my site.

In return, maybe you can unscrew all those old pickle jars we can't open.

No, I didn't cheat your arse. In fact I recall no contact with your rear end at all. Thankfully.

Anyway, about the quiz. Would you have preferred Ian and John to have been split up form me and Danny thus creating TWO superpowers for you to deal with rather than the one that we formed?

We simply gave the rest a better chance by pooling all the EXCELLENCE into one team.

Loser.

Anyone who says I'm arrogant is wrong.

Probably, but members of my team (who came second place) kept saying you were cheating and I have to show solidarity.

We had one guy on the team who, thinking we'd lose, said "well, it's a sci-fi quiz so if you win you're the loser". Then we came second. He stopped with the loser track after that, I wonder why...

It's like the Special Olympics. Even if you win, you're still a fucking retard.

But you still get a free Rimmer postcard, so what the hey.

And in defence of the disabled, they make for smegging cool entrees in the costume competition!
